the payment has been received before 10am, your order leaves the same day (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays.
If the payment has been received after 10am, the order leaves the next day (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays.

For shipments by Mondial RelayIf
the payment was received before 11am, your order leaves the same day (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays.
If the payment was received after 11am, the order leaves the next day (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays.

You will be notified by Email, telling you the departure of the package.
Attention, the delivery times are given as an indication and are not guaranteed. It is always possible to undergo a hazard of transport likely to lengthen the time of routing.
Unless otherwise indicated on the product page (delivery time, pre-order or out of stock), the shipment is made from 24 to 72 hours maximum after the preparation of the order.
Shipping fees include packaging, handling and postage. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part according to the price or the weight of your order. DELIVERY PROBLEMSThe

customer is informed that the delivery times are given as an indication at the time he chooses the carrier, at the end of the online ordering process, before confirming the order.

It is specified that deliveries will be made within thirty (30) days maximum. If the customer fails to do so, the customer must give the SELLER formal notice to deliver within a reasonable period of time and, if the goods are not delivered within this period, the contract may be terminated.

The SELLER shall refund, without undue delay after receipt of the termination letter, to the customer the total amount paid for the products, including taxes and delivery charges, by the same method of payment used by the customer to purchase the products.

The SELLER is responsible until the product is delivered to the customer. It is reminded that the customer has a period of three (3) days to notify the carrier of damage or partial loss found during delivery.
N.B.: Although we make every effort to respect the delivery time indicated, it may unfortunately happen that our service providers deliver within a time period greater than their commitment for various reasons (strike, accident, bad weather, etc.).
